No , Depthwork™ is Afro-rooted, but globally relevant. Anyone aligned with the values of presence, courage, and healing is welcome.
Do I need prior certification?
No , you need a calling to coach and a willingness to do the work. We’ll help you build mastery from the inside out.
What’s the certification process?
Attend all 4 days, engage in live practice, and complete a post-training reflection. You’ll receive your Depthwork™ Coach Certificate within 3 weeks.
Will I be able to start coaching clients after this?
Yes , Depthwork™ is practical, embodied, and transformational. Many alumni begin charging clients or leading peer groups within a month.
How is Depthwork™ different from other coaching certifications?
Most coaching programs teach tools. We start with transformation. Depthwork™ goes beneath performance into healing, presence, and power. It’s trauma-aware, culturally fluent, and designed to work across identity, power, and systems.
What frameworks or models will I learn?
You’ll be trained in proprietary tools like the Reveal Cycle™, Iceberg 2.0™, Mask Matrix™, Relational Mirror™, Scar–Wound–Sovereign Arc™, Sovereign Self™, Inner Boardroom™, and Tiger Tracker™ , all created to unlock deep, lasting change.
Who facilitates the training?
Your lead facilitator is Vongai Nyahunzvi, founder of Depthwork™, master coach, and global leadership strategist. Additional faculty and mentors may support depending on the cohort size.
How many people are in each cohort?
We intentionally keep cohorts intimate , capped at 25 participants , to ensure depth, personal connection, and powerful feedback.
Is this therapy?
No. Depthwork™ is not therapy. It is a powerful coaching framework that may surface deep truths, but it is designed to empower, not diagnose. We encourage therapists and healers to join , and also refer clients when needed.
What if I can’t attend all 4 days?
Full attendance is required for certification. If something urgent arises, we offer one deferral per person, with credit applied to a future cohort.
What ongoing support is available after the training?

Can I get a receipt or invoice for reimbursement?
Each cohort joins a Depthwork™ Alumni Circle, gains access to optional monthly calls, peer coaching pods, and is invited to join the broader Depthwork™ Facilitators Network.
Can I use this in my current work?
Yes. Depthwork™ is used by coaches, facilitators, team leads, NGO leaders, HR professionals, therapists, and pastors. It strengthens any work involving people, power, and change.
Is there homework or pre-reading?
We’ll send a pre-training journal, optional reading list, and short reflection prompts. You’re not tested , but you will be stretched.
Will I be licensed to teach Depthwork™ after certification?
No. This certification is for personal and client use. If you’re interested in becoming a Depthwork™ Faculty or licensed trainer, inquire about our upcoming Facilitator Track
What’s your refund policy?
Once accepted, your place is secured with payment. Cancellations made 30+ days before training are eligible for 50% refund or 75% credit. Less than 30 days: no refund, but transfer to another cohort is possible.
What if I’m not ready to coach, but want to attend for personal growth?
You’re welcome. Some participants join to deepen their own journey, then grow into the role of coach. Depthwork™ honors that path.
